A floating robe hires assasins to kill the hogfather. They get Mr teatime on the job cause he's a psycho. There's also this lady named Susan who's a nany and I assume must be important later.

Teatime has figured out a way to get to the hogfathers domain and he kills the guy that helped him do it.
Death is playing at being the Hogfather
I think Susan is death's granddaughter.
