Mine are bad and I have never really done anything about it. I am going to try four things for the next month and see how it goes.
1. Just drink water. No coffee or soda or anything. Just water.
2. No sugary snacks. No more candy or cake or anything.
3. Limit fried foods. I gotta have me some fried chicken. But things like French fries and onion rings are out.
4. Take a thirty minutes walk every day.
