Eating habits
Mine are bad and I have never really done anything about it. I am going to try four things for the next month and see how it goes.
1. Just drink water. No coffee or soda or anything. Just water.
2. No sugary snacks. No more candy or cake or anything.
3. Limit fried foods. I gotta have me some fried chicken. But things like French fries and onion rings are out.
4. Take a thirty minutes walk every day.

This was a great day. The NBA draft was awesome. The Blazers got two starting quality big men in the draft. Zach Collins is gonna be the great defensive presence we need. Caleb Swanegan is gonna be an all-star some day. He is the second coming of Zach Randolph. I cannot wait to see these guys at summer league.
As if that wasn't enough, Pokemon gyms got redone. They're so much better now. If you have guys that can beat the guys in the gym you only have to attack three times to take it down. LOVE!!!!
